At Reginald Men, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming experience. If a product doesn't meet your standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
